Interesting facts about me
I am a granny to 4 gorgeous children - 2 boys and 2 girls. I do not see them as they live on the mainland but I am happy to make
special cards for them which keeps us in touch.
I have been making cards for about 3 years and I really enjoy it. I also paint watercolours which is another love of mine which in fact I did not start doing until I was nearly 60. It was something I thought would be good to do in retirement and I was right. There are some lovely locations on the island where if I am feeling brave I can sit and paint to my hearts content. I am a member of the Bembridge Art Society and we have several small exhibitions every year and 1 main one in August which we have just had and I was thrilled to sell 2 pictures.
I have been married for 41 years to a super bloke and we have 2 daughters, the older one has now started making cards as well so I have to keep my craft room locked!!!! (Not really).
